Wedding Car Hire Prices
Every wedding is unique and your final quote will be provided on a completely bespoke basis. We will discuss your requirements with you in detail to ensure timings and any special requests can be comfortably achieved on the day. We are based near Cambridge airport and all distance mileages are calculated from and back to that starting point. There is standard charge of £3 per mile for the total distance covered during the hire. To supply the car with an experienced and uniformed chauffeur is charged at £100 per hour. This timing also starts at base and is calculated for the total time of the hire including the return to base.
There is a minimum hire charge of £295 To illustrate our charges, the £295 minimum would provide the car and chauffeur for 2 hours - £200, with a range of 31.5 miles from base - £95. This could potentially cover a basic hire charge for a local wedding in Cambridge, providing travel from base to collect the Bride, one journey to the church with waiting time, one journey to the reception with photography time and return to base.
We also offer a £595 day package. This offer reserves the vehicle solely for your use that day, no other hires would be booked. The car and chauffeur would be provided for 5 hours with an extended mileage allowance of 60 miles.
From 120 days a 50% deposit of the total hire charge will be required to reserve the vehicle. At 60 days before the hire date the balance of the hire charge will be required to secure the car.
Please note everything about this vehicle is enormous, including the overheads. Its gargantuan engine size of 7700cc only returns single figure miles per gallon. This car can accommodate 5 persons plus the chauffeur and is not fitted with seat belts.
Valeting and preparing the vehicle are also included in the hire charge but heavy soiling or damage can incur extra charges. In the unlikely event of mechanical failure and other unforeseen circumstances, refunds are applicable.
We normally only supply front bonnet white ribbons, with door handles and coloured ribbons on request. We do not supply flowers as the design of the convertible top makes this impractical whilst in transit.
